Free In-Person Legal Forums: Probate: Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning
Orange County Clerk of Courts Tiffany Moore Russell invites you to attend a series of in-person free legal forums called Legal Matters Live: Leaving a Legacy – Probate: Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning.
At some point in our lives, we have to endure the unexpected loss of a loved one, and with that comes the business of settling their end-of-life affairs. Whether through natural progression or a medical emergency – death is never easy, and the probate process can be difficult to navigate especially if advance directives are not clarified.
Through this forum, the Clerk’s Office seeks to help educate the community on the probate process and available resources available to start estate planning efforts. The forums will be held as follows:

Legal Matters was created as a service to make legal information more easily accessible to the public. “These forums are one of the best ways to give our citizens more information on access to justice and insight into how the legal process works. I know probate is a critical topic that can be confusing or difficult to understand,” said Clerk Tiffany Moore Russell.
